Once customers have filled their basket and confirmed their purchase, they’ll select Ozow as their payment method and follow the Ozow payment flow to complete their bank-to-bank payment.

With SMS payment request links it’s never been easier for customers to pay you. An SMS link is sent to the customer and once they’ve received it and clicked on the link, they simply follow the steps in our payment flow to initiate payment. And because payment details are pre-populated by our API, there is zero risk of fraud and no need for customers to send you proof of payment.

Pay in-store wherever you see an Ozow QR code at the point-of-sale, or if you’re shown one by a courier. All you need to do is scan the QR code with your smartphone’s camera, and follow the steps to a successful payment.
