In keeping with Ozow’s high corporate and ethical governance standards, Ozow aims to follow the relevant King IV principles as set out in its Governance Framework.

The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) allows access to certain company records. This manual explains the procedure you must follow to request access to information held by Ozow.

European citizens would use this form to request the deletion of personal data held by Ozow (in keeping with the “right to be forgotten”).

This form can be used, in terms of POPIA, to request that your personal information be corrected, deleted, or destroyed by Ozow.
